Fri 11 March 2022, 7:30pm,
The Stoller Hall

We are delighted to be kicking off our 50th celebrations with our long-term Artistic Partner and one of the most exciting saxophonists working today, Jess Gillam.

Jess is an artist who shares Camerata’s passion for supporting the next generation of musicians and has always been a pioneer for classical music.

In this show curated by Jess, we explore how the path of a creative endeavour is never straightforward, and see that inspiration can turn up in the strangest of places. This special program chosen by Jess includes works by Glazunov, Shostakovich, the beautiful recent Camerata commission ‘Be Still’ by Daniel Kidane as well as Shiva Feshareki‘s stunning Venus/ZOREH.
