By taking part in this prize draw, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, then you should not take part in the prize draw. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the current terms and conditions before entering the prize draw. We, Manchester Camerata recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference during the prize draw. Manchester Camerata is the promoter of this prize draw.

The Prize is subject to availability The Prize may not be exchanged for a cash value, nor is it transferable or refundable. The prize is subject to winner confirmation (i.e. Manchester Camerata has been able to contact winners and has been able to confirm eligibility). Manchester Camerata has the right to change, alter or withdraw the prize draw or Prize at any time due to any change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of Manchester Camerata. If any part of the Prize is not available or claimed (for whatever reason), Manchester Camerata is under no obligation to supply an alternative Prize. Please allow a few days for delivery of the Prize.

2. Who can enter?

Entrants must:

• Be aged 18 or over at the time of entry;

• Be a resident of England, Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland;

• Have a valid Instagram account;

• Have a valid email address; and

• Have a valid postal address to receive delivery of the Prize

Employees (and their immediate family) of Manchester Camerata or anyone else professionally connected with this prize draw are not eligible to enter the prize draw. Manchester Camerata reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.

3. How to enter

Between 4 July 2024- 18^th July 2024 (UK time) (the “Qualifying Period”):

• LIKE the Prize Draw Instagram post (the “Prize Draw Post”);

• FOLLOW the @manchestercamerata account on Instagram; and

• COMMENT on the post, tagging someone in the comment.

No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.

If you are messaged by accounts other than our official account, please don’t respond. Please note that Manchester Camerata is not responsible for these accounts, and we urge you to report and delete the messages as well as not click on any external links they may provide. The only account that will contact you regarding this prize draw is our official @manchestercamerata account.

4. Closing Times

This giveaway closes 18 July 12pm UK time. Please note that winners will only be contacted via direct message from the @manchestercamerata account. Please be aware of any spam accounts. This prize draw is open to residents of England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland only. Any entries received after this date and time will not be valid or counted.

5. How are winners selected?

The winner will be selected at random by a random name generator. The decision of Manchester Camerata is final and binding on all entrants.

No correspondence will be entered regarding the selection of the winners (other than with the winners themselves). The winner will be notified via their account on Instagram within fourteen (14) days of the prize draw closing. The winner will then give their contact information. This is in order to prevent any abuse of the prize draw. If the winner does not communicate his/her acceptance of the prize within 24 hours of receipt of the direct message via social media, Manchester Camerata reserves the right to pick another winner (in accordance with the procedure set out in this section) and the original winner will waive his/her right to the prize).

6. Winners’ Responsibilities

It is the winners’ responsibility to (i) complete all stages of the How to Enter section above and provide evidence of such completion upon request Manchester Camerata; (ii) provide accurate contact details; (ii) iii) adhere to local laws in the UK; (iv) have and maintain an Instagram account during the Qualifying Period and for such time to allow Manchester Camerata to contact the winner; and (iv) comply with the rules, terms of service and any other requirements of Instagram. Manchester Camerata will not be liable to the winners or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the prize. Please also be aware of any spam accounts. Winners will only be contacted via direct message through the Manchester Camerata Instagram page.

7. Publicity

By taking part in the prize draw, entrants may be invited to participate in publicity at Manchester Camerata’s request if they are the winner of the prize draw.

Entrants agree that Manchester Camerata may, in its sole discretion, use their post(s) relating to the Prize and their experience for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid (including for the avoidance of doubt when responding to any third party). Any use of images or other personal information that could identify entrants will be subject to the entrants’ consent.

Manchester Camerata reserves the right to withdraw the Prize (or any part of it) if a winner breaches any of the terms in these terms and conditions or if they are found to have acted in a dishonest or fraudulent manner.

This promotion is governed by the law of England and Wales, and the participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
