Martynas In Colne

Date: Sunday 23rd November 2014 14:30

Venue: The Muni Theatre, Colne

Young Lithuanian accordionist, Martynas Levickis, caused a sensation when he performed with Camerata at Manchester&s Albert Hall in April 2014, so save the date for this unmissable event. An amazing crossover artist, Martynas aims to change the image of the accordion with brand new arrangements of well-known classics. He joins Camerata&s principal musicians for a journey around the world and across the centuries, featuring amongst others Winter from Vivaldi&s Four Seasons and Piazzolla&s fiery Five Tango Sensations.

A globe-trotting tour of the programme with some of the musicians performing today.
